Josh is passionate about moving on two wheels.

Emmanuel Hakizimana

Rwanda Country Manager and Lead Engineer for Charging Systems

Emmanuel brings engineering know-how to bear on the opportunity to build Rwanda’s prosperity, and leads the electrical engineering work for our charging stations.

As Rwanda Country Manager, Emmanuel leads our work to understand our customer and manages local operations and government relations. Electrical Engineering Masters from TU-Kaiserslautern in Germany

Alp Tilev

Chief technical officer

Alp is a technologist, who brings his powerful toolbox of technologies to the challenges and opportunities of development.  As CTO, Alp translates our customer and economic drivers into product development plans and leads our vehicle testing. He is also responsible for designing and integrate the software and payments systems upon which our operations will ride. Alp spends a lot of his time with tools in his hand.

  • 3 years leading Microsoft's collaboration with software developers, startups and the hacker community on the East Coast based in New York City

Olaf Lange

Chief Vehicle Engineer

Olaf makes things move with electricity.  As Chief Vehicle Engineer, he leads vehicle and battery pack development from our workshop in Berlin, applying his decades of experience to make simple, practical, cost-effective solutions. Olaf is happiest with an angle grinder in his hands.

  • 21 years experience designing electric vehicles

  • Patent for the Velotaxi - a commercially successful tricycle taxi in Germany

  • Built lightweight electric delivery vehicles for UPS
